Grade trips have been ongoing all week long- with an amazing report from each one.

Grade 5 came back raving about their trip to Clip n climb rock climbing; while grade 6 said the trip to paintball shooting took it over the top, as well as grade 7 currently enjoying their very own trip to paintball shooting in Block-ops.

Last night all departments of camp piled into the shul for yet another entertaining in-house E- wondering how our illusionist- magician- mentalist knew what each person was thinking!

Section C Bochurim were treated to a “Mivtzah event” with a Chinese theme. Bochurim were rewarded for keeping up with the extra Mivtzah list – followed daily. The entire section C staff- worked tirelessly to perfect the event for our very lucky campers.

At this point, all sections in camp have had their calling activity and all parents should have received a call B”H.

Yud beis Tammuz was celebrated throughout the day. At dinner, Rabbi Greenbaum- addressed the entire camp- with words of inspiration, followed by a detailed review of the story of the day – shared by Learning Teacher Rabbi Hecht. The staff farbrenged with Rabbi Greenbaum late into the night.

Grade 4 returned just in time to join us for a dinner of barbecue chicken wings, couscous salad and melon- following their incredible grade trip to bowling, and dark zone.

Our hard-working staff was treated to an evening of achus and enjoyment – with a special “burger event”- in appreciation of the amazing work being done!

A sea of white shirts can be seen throughout our beautiful grounds- on this special yud beis Tammuz in camp as we commemorate this special day!

On a perfect, sunny, breezy day, all campers enjoy sports and water activity! In the meantime, a lucky bunk got to zip over head – on our infamous zipline!

Plans are underway for Yud Beis Tammuz Farbrengen tonight.

 

 

Grade 5 returned to camp – all smiled- after an incredible trip of climbing and balancing! A great time was enjoyed by all!

Grade 4 is off today on their grade trip! Following a delicious pancake breakfast the boys headed up the hill to board the buses headed to Montreal for some great bowling and laser dark- at the infamous “Dark zone”!

The rain cleared up just in time for an afternoon of sports and water activities.

Just to confirm- as per many requests- yes, we do have two visiting days scheduled for Sunday July 20 (24 Tammuz) & August 10 (16 Av).  Detailed emails will be sent to all parents soon. Please mark the dates in your calendar.

 

What a Shabbos!

The spirit, learning, davening,  and achdus were amazing! It was hard to believe it was only our first Shabbos here in the Rebbe’s camp.

Motzei Shabbos was full of action including the Section C sports drafts! Off to a great start of fierce sports for our oldest campers bh!

Today, our grade 5 campers our out to a grade trip – to Montreal’s well known Clip n climb!
