IF YOU SENT A PACKAGE TO “CAMP GAN YISROEL YEHUDAH LEIB SECTION C” – please email the office at [email protected] as we are having a hard time finding the recipient for this package.

Section C enjoyed an incredible Chayal war. All three plays were performed and prepared by the campers-quite an accomplishment. They were also busy with Mishnayos bal peh for their teams as well as songs and overall chayus!  Last night- a grand, grand sing took place in the section C zal. Of course, all campers and staff were dressed in costumes! The chayus and toichen were amazing. Campers had a bit of a late night, wondering just who won the war!

In the meantime, grades 4 and 6 had their trips yesterday to the amazing Clip N” Climb. All grades thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of climbing and scheming in this amazing Place!  Grade 4 left earlier in the day and returned for camp’s supper of meatballs, spaghetti, green beans, salad and cantaloupe; while grade 6 had a picnic dinner before returning to camp!

Section C was given a well-deserved late revile today in preparation for an amazing trip today!

Section C is heavily involved in their “Chayal (bunk) war”! The bochurim were divided into three teams, “Chossid”, “Yirei Shomayim” and “Lamdon”- depicting the three directives to strive for. The themes are being expressed through speeches, songs and plays; with the climax at the grand sing taking place tonight!

Grade 5 had an amazing trip yesterday to “clip & climb”! Following the amazing obstacle course of climbing and balancing, the boys enjoyed a lavish picnic dinner before returning to camp.

Grade 6 campers were rewarded with their very own special breakfast event. The hardworking campers partook in the Mivtzah activities taking place throughout the season.

And of course, everyone’s favorite – sports, sports and more sports! Leagues are heavily involved in their teams’ accomplishments and enjoyment, with great sports throughout the day!

Chof Av was celebrated as befitting the auspicious day that it was. A rally was held in front of our very own 770- with Torah, Tefilla and Tzedakah performed by all!  The spirit was amazing!

After an early dinner of breaded chicken, couscous and cole- slaw, campers headed to the shul. The shul was beautifully set up for our in house- concert held by Fitche Benshimon! The singing and dancing were magnified when the camp songs came on! Of course, candy and glowing wands were distributed; and a grand time was had by all. Campers headed to the dining room for Mariv, leaving the shul to section C to enjoy their very own concert!

Last night, when all was still, our hard-working staff were treated to a grand steak dinner – royally prepared for them by the head staff!

Section C is hard at work enjoying their bunk war- day 1 today!

Once again, trips begin today! Grade 5/section B are off! details to follow.

After an incredible Shabbos, campers were preparing to greet their guests on our second visiting day of the season.

Thanks to all the family and guests that made the trip up to our beautiful home here in La Minerve. On a glorious sunny day, families enjoyed meeting the staff, seeing the bunks and grounds, partaking from our delicious canteen, enjoyed our lakefront, and of course the CGI choir and acrobat performance!

Today, Chof Av, section C just experienced a surprising break out for their very own Bunk War. Teams were divided, and the young generals, mashpiyim, captains and lieutenants were introduced.

A rally is scheduled for today in front of our very own 770- in honor of this auspicious day.

We are pleased to share the list of campers chosen as Talmid Hashavua for last week’s learning classes. Lots of Nachas!
