What a day! All sections of camp had an awesome trip day on Wednesday!

Following a delicious French toast & oatmeal breakfast; campers of each department were directed to the buses.

Grade 4 was treated to an incredible day in our neighboring, beautiful, resort town of Mont Tremblant. The campers enjoyed the world-famous Luge ride, in addition to hikes, lunch and great spirit!

Grade 5 headed to “bounce” for some intense jumping and flipping- enjoying every type of trampoline imaginable.

Grade 6 started the day at bowling, followed by laser tag at Dark Zone Laval.

Grade 7 worked their way through a challenging but enjoyable rope course activity, with a magnificent scenery as the backdrop.

The happy campers returned to camp, to enjoy a special Schnitzel dinner – prepared for them by our hardworking chef Nachi and his kitchen staff!

A great day was enjoyed by all!

We are pleased to notify all parents that many phones were installed, enabling an entire bunk to call home at once! Your son will no longer have to wait on long lines, during his calling activity! We look forward a smooth calling arrangement in the future iyh.

The fast day came with extremely hot weather! Campers that were fasting did their best to stay indoors while others enjoyed sports and activities.

To break the fast, we were treated to a wonderful dinner of cake, onion soup, Lazagna, corn and salad!

CGI welcomes our newest addition to the grounds- our very own in-house, lakefront, Trampoline! Campers enjoyed watching it being installed by our very own GM’s and are super excited to safely enjoy the great fun it has to offer.

Mazel Tov to Akiva Ackermann from Toronto, upon his Bar Mitzvah, celebrated here in camp with his family and friends today.

Plans are underway for another amazing Shabbos here in the Rebbe’s camp.

Tuesday was another amazing day in CGI! Grade 6 enjoyed a trip to white water rafting while section C went paint ball shooting! A great time was enjoyed by all!

Sections C (grade 7) and Section B (grade 5)- had a special lakeside barbecue in camp, with amazing food and spirit!

Last night, after a big day of caring for the campers, the devoted, hardworking staff was treated to a special event- prepared for them by the head staff. The bochurim enjoyed sitting together; and the appreciation being expressed for their hard work!

 

Grade 5 returned after an amazing fun packed day; including rope course, mini golf, a picnic lunch and of course a quick stop at Walmart! The boys were super excited and happy to join the rest of camp for a delicious burger & fries dinner! Today grade 4, better known as section A, are off on their very own trip-details to follow.

Grade 6 had an in-house excursion last night, including sports, barbecue and special outdoor fun for their grade alone.

Kluger games begin today. Kluger in learning is the equivalent to leagues in sports. While playing the professional Kluger game, the learning classes will compete in the intense and exciting game- illustrating their knowledge gained in learning classes over the past week!

And of course, a great day of exciting sports was enjoyed under a clear sunny sky all day!  Leagues are off to a great start!
